  • Request to have the location of your utilities marked.
  • Notify us a minimum of two full working days before you dig.
  • Have the following ready: your dig area information, the type of work you are doing and the date you require locates to be completed by.
  • It's easy and at no charge to you!
how it works

When you have completed entry of your locate request, a ticket number will be displayed. Write down the ticket number for future reference. Be sure to read the information provided on the page containing your ticket number. This information provides details on how Alberta One-Call members will respond to your request.
