$15.45/hr, with potential to earn up to $25.75/hr.
Alberta One-Call, is seeking qualified individuals for the role
of seasonal Customer Service Representatives to handle a workload
that mirrors the construction season.
Customer Service Representative, are required to answer incoming
telephone calls, process incoming requests received via internet
and fax, and maintain a high level of quality with all incoming
calls.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, accurate 50 wpm typing,
good language skills, proficiency in Windows-based operating systems,
and a positive attitude.
All skills will be tested.
You should enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment. One
year of customer service and call centre experience is an asset.
The call centre hours of operation are 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
